Shipping policy

Lumen Maris ships worldwide from Ireland. Every piece is prepared with care, packed securely and sent with tracking.

1. Order preparation time

Once payment has been confirmed, we prepare your order within 7 to 14 days before handing it to the carrier. If for any reason this takes longer, we will let you know by email.

Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or Irish public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Carrier

We ship with An Post Registered International Post, Ireland's national postal service. All orders include a tracking number, which you will receive by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

3. Shipping zones and delivery times

Ireland (Republic of Ireland)

  • Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.
  • Rate: shown at checkout.

European Union and United Kingdom

  • Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 working days from dispatch.
  • Rate: shown at checkout.

Rest of the world (United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Latin America, Asia, Oceania)

  • Estimated delivery: 10 to 21 working days from dispatch.
  • Rate: shown at checkout.

Delivery times are An Post estimates and may vary due to local operations, customs, public holidays and time of year. They are not guaranteed.

4. Customs duties, import taxes and fees

Important for orders outside the European Union

Prices shown on lumenmaris.com do not include customs duties, local VAT, import taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid to customs or the local carrier before the parcel can be delivered.

Customs fees vary by country, product type and declared value. We recommend checking the current rates in your country before placing an order. Some common countries and their general regulations:

  • United Kingdom: 20% VAT applicable to orders over £135, plus possible duties.
  • United States: generally exempt from duties below the $800 de minimis threshold, though this is subject to change.
  • Mexico: 16% VAT plus possible duties depending on declared value.
  • Argentina: variable duties and taxes depending on value and category.
  • Canada: GST/HST plus possible duties.

Lumen Maris cannot anticipate or cover these costs. If a parcel is refused at customs due to non-payment of duties by the customer, this does not entitle the customer to a refund of the product or the shipping costs.

5. Tracking your order

You will receive your An Post tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves. You can check its status at:

  • An Post Tracking
  • Or through your country's postal service once the parcel has entered your territory.

6. Lost or undelivered parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • First check the tracking and your country's customs status.
  • If more than 30 days have passed since dispatch with no delivery or tracking update, write to us at contacto@lumenmaris.com.
  • We will open an investigation with An Post. The official claim process can take between 4 and 8 weeks.
  • If An Post confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue a full refund or resend the order, at the customer's choice.

7. Digital products

Digital products do not require shipping. They are delivered automatically by email after payment is confirmed, with a download link valid for 30 days.

8. Services and courses

Online spiritual services and digital courses do not require shipping. They are delivered according to the specific conditions stated for each service.

9. Incorrect shipping address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of redelivery.
