Lumen Maris carries out the following commercial activities:

  • Design, handcrafted manufacture and direct sale of devotional rosaries, religious articles, spiritual jewellery and accessories made with freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones and stainless steel.
  • Design and sale of clothing, accessories and homeware aligned with the brand's aesthetic and philosophy.
  • Production and sale of incense, candles, essential oils and aromatic products.
  • Creation and distribution of digital products: e-books, prayer guides, meditation content and educational materials.
  • Provision of holistic spiritual wellbeing consultation services: Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), Reiki, numerology and astrological consultations.
  • Organisation and delivery of workshops, courses, in-person classes, events and retreats focused on spirituality, devotional practice, meditation and personal development.
  • Retail sales through the brand's own e-commerce platform and direct channels.

4. Spiritual wellbeing services, courses and retreats — Important notice

The spiritual consultation services, courses, workshops, events and retreats offered by Lumen Maris (including, but not limited to, Spiritual Response Therapy, Reiki, numerology, astrological consultations, meditation classes, spiritual retreats and devotional gatherings) are complementary holistic wellbeing experiences oriented towards personal development, reflection, spiritual accompaniment and community.

These services and experiences do NOT constitute:

  • Medical care, diagnosis or treatment of physical or mental illness.
  • Regulated professional psychological, psychiatric or therapeutic advice.
  • Legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
  • Guaranteed predictions regarding the future or specific life decisions.
  • Confessional religious guidance, nor a substitute for the spiritual direction of any church or religious institution.

Lumen Maris expressly recommends that anyone with physical or mental health conditions, in personal crisis, or in need of professional advice, seek out accredited professionals in the relevant discipline. Lumen Maris services and events are complementary and do not in any circumstances replace qualified professional care.

Participation in in-person events, courses and retreats:

Attendance and participation in any event, course, workshop or retreat organised by Lumen Maris is entirely voluntary and at each participant's own risk. By registering, the user declares that they are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in the planned activities and undertakes to disclose in advance any relevant medical circumstances (including pregnancy, injuries, cardiac conditions, ongoing treatments, allergies and similar).

For all in-person events, courses and retreats, participants will receive and must agree in advance to:

  • Activity-specific terms (dates, location, programme and conditions).
  • The applicable cancellation and refund policy.
  • A declaration of voluntary participation and waiver of liability for risks inherent to the activity.
  • Informed consent where the activity requires it (for example, energetic work sessions, physical exercises or intensive meditative practices).

Lumen Maris will hold Public Liability Insurance for all in-person events it organises in Ireland and Europe. Details of coverage are available on request.

Participation by minors in any event or service will require express written authorisation from a parent or legal guardian.

5. Handcrafted products — The unique character of each piece

Each Lumen Maris rosary and handcrafted piece is assembled individually by hand. Semi-precious stones and freshwater pearls are natural materials, and as such each piece will present small variations in colour, shape, size and veining. These variations are part of the natural character of the product and do not constitute defects.

6. Intellectual property

The name Lumen Maris, its logo, visual identity, texts, photographs, illustrations, editorial content, digital products, training materials and all other elements of this website are the intellectual property of Patrizia Gonzalez and Lumen Maris. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or total or partial transformation of any of these elements is prohibited without the express written authorisation of the owner.

Unauthorised use of any of these elements may give rise to the appropriate legal action under the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 of Ireland and applicable European legislation.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The commercial relationship between Lumen Maris and its customers is governed by the law of the Republic of Ireland, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights recognised under European Union law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the Irish Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

For any dispute, both parties submit to the competent courts of Dublin, Ireland, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides for a different jurisdiction.
